Stephanie was so helpful in helping us find a home during COVID. Houses were selling fast and we found ourselves in a time crunch. She helped us sell our house quickly and for more than asking price. Thanks to her hard and fast work, we were able to buy a house within a few weeks to go. We sold our old house on a Friday and bought our new one on a Monday! Everything lined up perfectly. She helped us look at many houses and point out little things we hadn’t noticed that were dealbreakers. We still stay in touch to this day and recommend her to all our friends and family.

Moving from Texas in this crazy market seemed like it would be a struggle. However, Stephanie was there for us every step of the way. Stephanie and her team went above and beyond for us in selling our home. From the beautiful listing photography and personalized video of the house, to the staging of the house and the negotiations of the deal all the way to closing. Stephanie talked me "off of a ledge" a few times. Selling a house with solar has unique challenges and after interviewing several realtors who didn't have a clue, we were so happy to hire the Stephanie Wilson Team to sell our house. I will never be able to fully express the appreciation I have to Stephanie for essentially being an epic hero in my house buying process. I started out aggressive, touchy, stressed and frankly an all out pain in the butt. I was expecting a huge amount of turmoil in buying a home, as it was new and scary territory for me. She ensured it was as easy and smooth as humanly possible in every single way from start to finish. There was not a single step that I can point out and say was hard, because she was right there beside us making sure it was not.Stephanie worked with me and my family in a way that best worked for my crazy schedule. Stephanie knew our must-haves and would-likes down to a science and cut out any listings that would be wasteful to the time we had to see them. Stephanie also kept me firmly grounded. When I would ogle the frivolous, such as crown molding or the wood flooring, she kept it real. She made sure I was aware of potential disasters... like an old leak that was never repaired, uneven flooring that could signify a much bigger problem, roof lines that were not quite right, etc.To this day, over a year later, she has continued to be my ally. When I need a recommendation about a repair or service, she never hesitates to get back to me with a stellar suggestion. If I just have a random question, she is superfast to respond. I really could not be more grateful that she was the one selected for my first-time home-buying experience.
